A. Bare (Ground), Clear Ribbed (Neutral), and Smooth (Hot)

The wires are encased in a clear plastic sleeve. The bare metal ground wire is separate. One part of the clear sleeve has writing.

Bare = Ground

Ribbed Clear = Neutral

Smooth Clear = Hot
